  • Watch how you sign in carefully.

You can accidentally sign in with the same email (google, facebook, etc) and it makes a new account locked to your device. So if you start collecting after a couple of years of stopping, no way to merge accounts. I’m done. Deleted

They used to at least give you a couple gems so you could try and gather them up to buy packs that aren’t full of trash. Now it’s just a waste of time. You can just look at all the cards in the gallery anyway, so don’t pay real money for pixels
  • Too many boring sets

Good APP. Needs a few things to make it way better. First off, stop putting so many sets out. Put some actual thought into them. Older sets were way better, more art, better art, better all around look. We should anticipate a set.. not say, oh great another set nobody is collecting. Top 1 percent collectors should be ranked, top 25 or 50 thought get a specialty badge, that way folks know they are trading with someone who takes it seriously. Make sets easier to find from previous years. Put a section on the home page for favorite sets ranked by the collectors. That would be fun.

  • Like all things Star Wars

Like all things Star Wars this was once a beautiful app that had love and care brought into every system it had but all that passion has been tossed aside for greed and money. The app has been degrading over the years and I honestly don’t know if they even have a QA team that tests their UI because it’s just gotten worse and worse over the years.

  • Skate currency

Was wondering when my currency from Skate (coins and diamonds) was going to be added to my Star Wars account as per approved request. This was supposed to happen after June 30th. I did what was asked of me by the app runners in Skate- contacted support within the allotted time to ensure proper currency transfer, or whatever the correct nomenclature is. as usual. As usual the app runners have not done their job. Further the onus should not be on me to contact support, again and again, to compel Topps to do what they said they were going to do. As always app review screenshots engaged. Obviously I will get the canned response plz contact a support agent. Again, how about just do what you said you were going to do?

    Terrible App
  • Poor investigation team

In game messages, a person referred to me as a 🤡. I referred to this person as a clown in return. This person then insulted my intelligence. We had back and forth banter. Then this person said that they were going to continue to text me until they had the last word after I messaged “I hope not to hear from you again”. Topps flagged me for bullying. Did not read the messages. Just flagged because a complaint was sent. Np investigation. Well done Topps. I sent screenshots of the entire conversation to Topps’ customer service. I will update if needed I will say that it is clear who was the aggressor in this conversation. Were a team member to read the thread, it would be obvious who stressed whom first. 1 star. Because of that plus the fact that often the odds are not reflected by the actual draw rate. Like receiving 1 Rare card per 15 packs opened.: there are times when one can open 30 packs but not pull a Rare. But odds are not guarantees is the defense. Then why give them? It can be frustrating to not pull cards of certain rarities at close to the odds rates.
